Kampala, Uganda. 23 June 2021 – BrighterMonday, the single largest job placement platform in East Africa, has announced the appointment of Brian Ntambirweki as the new CEO. To ensure growth and sustainability for the relaunched business, ROAM recently appointed Brian Ntambirweki as Chief Executive at BrighterMonday Uganda; he previously served as Marketing Manager at the firm in 2015.
Brian’s career spans over a decade and he has built considerable experience in Strategy Development & Execution, Team Leadership & Management, Financial Management, Product Positioning & Branding, Marketing Strategies & Campaigns, PR & Corporate Communications, as well as Negotiating & Maintaining Partnerships. Brian has led diverse teams in the education and recruitment sectors; and worked with BrighterMonday Uganda in 2015/16 as Marketing Manager, facilitating the growth of the brand and cementing BrighterMonday’s market-leading position in Uganda. Brian holds a Master of Science in Finance and Investment from the University of Edinburgh. Most recently, he is a Mastercard Foundation Mentor and served as a Global Shaper with the World Economic Forum; and Marketing Director at Nexus International University (formerly Virtual University of Uganda).
